Weapons
80 damage per hit at CQB range with no ammo dependency makes it the premier high-value-target elimination tool. Paired with Shadow Strike (bonus damage from invisibility) and Silent Killer (massive bonus from cloaked rear attacks), a single strike can down or critically wound most shells, enabling clean holotag theft before the target can react.
41 damage per shot at 138 RPM gives meaningful burst output at mid range when the Knife gap-close is not viable — for example, punishing repositioning targets or finishing a wounded runner who has broken your cloak window. Heavy Rounds are a clean ammo type to scavenge, and 12 rounds in mag supports the Assassin's low-volume, high-efficiency engagement style.
Shell Cores
S-tier rated Assassin-specific core. The Utility Knife deals greatly increased damage when attacking from invisibility. This is the load-bearing damage core of the entire build — every Active Camo approach culminates in this amplified strike, and it synergizes directly with Silent Killer for rear-attack scenarios.
Melee attacks from behind while cloaked deal massive bonus damage (exact values unverified, but the synergy with Shadow Strike stacks both cloaked-attack bonuses simultaneously on a rear hit, making a single Knife strike potentially lethal against lower-HP shells). The flanking playstyle is specifically designed to engineer this angle.
B-tier Assassin core that makes Active Camo and Shadow Dive recharge more quickly while in smoke. Since this build constantly occupies smoke via Shadow Dive, Smoke Screen, and Ghost Protocol, Guerrilla effectively acts as a persistent passive cooldown reduction — enabling faster re-cloak cycles after each engagement.
Extends the duration of all smoke fields you create. Shadow Dive's smoke normally dissipates in 4 seconds — Ghost Protocol lengthens this window, giving more time inside smoke where Cloudborn mod, Guerrilla cooldown reduction, and shadow strike setup all operate.
A-tier core. Shadow Dive knocks nearby hostiles away on landing and creates a longer-lasting smoke field. Directly upgrades the aerial dive-in that opens many flank approaches — the knockback creates the disorientation window to land a clean Knife backstab.
Implants
TORSO
Knife Fight V4 (Superior)
Hardware: -10, Melee Damage: +50, Fall Resistance: +20%
50 Melee Damage is the single most impactful stat for a Knife-primary build. The Hardware penalty is acceptable on an Assassin who should never be absorbing sustained fire. The Escape Artist passive (hostile pings removed when shield breaks) provides clutch repositioning safety when trades happen. Fall Resistance synergizes with Shadow Dive aerial approaches.
LEGS
Graceful Landings V4 (Superior)
Melee Damage: +20, Agility: +20, Fall Resistance: +50%
Stacks an additional 20 Melee Damage on top of Knife Fight V4 for a combined +70 Melee Damage total across these two implants. Agility +20 directly improves flank approach speed. Fall Resistance +50% pairs perfectly with Shadow Dive's no-fall-damage trait for aggressive aerial dives. The Frenzy Matrix passive — increased tactical recharge rate and sprint speed after defeating a hostile — directly feeds the re-cloak cycle post-kill.
HEAD
Sprint Kit V2 (Enhanced)
Loot Speed: +10%, Agility: +10, Fall Resistance: +10%
Agility +10 stacks onto Graceful Landings V4 for further flank speed. The Tox Injectors passive applies Toxin on Knife heavy attacks, adding a damage-over-time component to the opening strike that continues pressuring the target through their disrupted response window. Loot Speed bonus supports rapid holotag collection post-elimination.
