PERIMETER
Perimeter is Marathon's beginner-friendly starter map on Tau Ceti IV: wide-open industrial outskirts with forgiving sightlines, moderate UESC presence, and solid starter-to-mid-tier loot. Less chaotic than later maps but still punishing in hotspots.
BOSS
A challenging boss that spawns at Overflow on Perimeter, using invisibility and clones; drops gold-tier loot including a shield and artillery.
ZONES (8)
Horizontal barrier zone with an upper-level key room; smaller caches and good sneaky rotation paths.
Connector zones with minor loot and verticality for ambushes or escapes; fewer enemies.
Compact western industrial building with dense containers and a fight-club vibe; less relay competition, high interior PvP.
High-traffic northern relay/data hub with strong early loot and frequent fights; exfils nearby.
Southern research facility with some of the best key-room loot and the Wraith Warden boss spawn; high risk/reward.
Southeastern relay with consistent mid-tier loot and lower traffic than North Relay; a safer rotation point.
Large connected northeastern complex; excellent when cleared properly but high-contest due to quests.
Underground maze for repositions and ambushes with high-tier caches; an underrated safe-movement route.
EVENTS
A profit-opportunity event: enter terminal codes to get a keycard, calling in dropships and a high-tier yellow supply crate. Common on Perimeter.
