●Each rank contains three subdivisions - III, II, I - progressing from III (entry) to I (peak). Reach Rank I to advance. Season 2 progression is faster across all ranks.
HOLOTAGS
MANDATORY PASS
Runners must carry a Holotag in Ranked. Each tag adds to the crew's score target based on rarity. In Season 2, you must bring a Holotag that matches your current rank.
◈Holotag rarity increases crew score target and scoring ceiling.
◈Holotags can be stolen from defeated Runners in the field.
◈Every Runner must carry a Holotag at all times during a match.
◈Tag Chips from UESC enemies count toward your score and auto-sell.

Ranked zones rotate weekly to keep the ladder fresh. The featured map changes each week - adapt your loadout to the zone in rotation.

Anchor a position with Defender System protecting your crew from grenade and rocket barrages. Use Snare Mine to deny pushes through choke points and around exfils. Castle Doctrine rewards holding ground over chasing kills - let enemies come to you, and the close-range handling buff makes the KKV-9SD and D54 Battle Pistol especially strong when surrounded.
Rook is for SOLO play only and cannot be used in duo's ranked or trio play.
