A large detention complex on a cleared plateau in the North Korean Wilderness, ringed by a high concrete wall with a watchtower at each corner. Its main gate and checkpoint face south, barracks sit to the east, a polluted river runs along the west side, and new construction had started on the eastern edge. Inside the yard stands the Citadel, a Y-shaped fortress of walkways and cell blocks.
