The eastern waterfront of Hajin City, bounded by the nuclear power station to the north, the Hajin River south fork on the south side and the expressway on the west. Once a quiet area, it still has working train and monorail services, and an amphibious landing at its southern tip marks the recent fighting. A residential district with the La Grande Vie tower lies to the north, and along the East Sea are a tent market, a pier with a lighthouse, a park with small pagodas and Oamsik Turtle Island.
