A mixed-use district around the ruined Netshin Park baseball stadium, the former home of the Wolves team. Its northern edge, where it meets The Grid, is likely the most dangerous part. North of the stadium is an abandoned open-air theater, and the streets around it mix a police station, a bank, courtyards, small shopping streets and apartments strewn with debris.
